Dry Eye Treatments
What is Dry Eye?
Dry eye is a condition in which a person doesn’t have enough quality tears to lubricate and nourish the eye.
Signs and Symptoms of Dry Eye
- A stinging, burning, or scratchy sensation in your eyes
- Watery eyes
- Stringy mucus in or around your eyes
- Sensitivity to light
- Redness
- A sensation of having something in your eyes
- Difficulty wearing contact lenses
- Difficulty with nighttime driving
Environmental factors, digital screens, and medical conditions can lead to dry, uncomfortable eyes. Advanced dry eyes may damage the front surface of the eye and impair vision.

How do we treat dry eye?
The doctors use a variety of methods to provide comfort for people suffering from Dry Eye. Often times drops and compresses work well. In some cases, more intervention is needed such as special contact lenses and membranes.
A preferred method is the use of a biologic eye drop such as Regener-Eyes combined with supplements.
